A Trip to the City

Last Saturday, I went to the city with my family. We took the train. The train was fast and full of people. When we arrived, the city was very busy. There were tall buildings everywhere. We walked to the big park. The park was beautiful, with green trees and a small lake. We saw people playing games and having picnics. After the park, we visited a museum. It had old paintings and interesting statues. I learned a lot about history. For lunch, we ate at a small restaurant. The food was delicious. We had pizza and some juice. Later, we went shopping. My sister bought a new book, and I bought a t-shirt. The day was long, but it was fun. We were tired when we got home, but we were also happy. We had a great time together.
