My Family's Dinner

Every Sunday, my family has a big dinner together. It's a special time for us. My mom and dad cook the food. My mom usually makes a big chicken with potatoes and vegetables. My dad makes a salad. My sister helps set the table. We use our best plates and glasses. My grandparents often come to dinner, too. We all sit around the big table in the dining room. We talk about our week. We share funny stories and ask each other questions. The food is always great, but the best part is being together. After dinner, we drink tea and eat dessert. Sometimes, we play a board game. It's a wonderful tradition. It makes us feel connected and loved. It's a simple thing, but it's very important to us.
