My Favorite Place

I love my garden. It’s a small, green place behind my house. Every day, I go there to relax. I have many flowers: red roses, yellow sunflowers, and purple lavender. The smells are wonderful. I also have some vegetables, like tomatoes and lettuce. In the morning, I water the plants. I watch the bees and butterflies fly around. The sound of the birds singing is very nice. Sometimes, I sit on a chair and read a book. My dog, Max, loves the garden too. He likes to lie in the grass and watch me. The garden is a quiet place. It helps me forget my problems. It’s a part of nature, and it’s right here at home. I feel happy and peaceful when I am there. It is my special place, and I am very thankful for it. It is simple, but it brings me so much joy.
