Last summer, my friends and I went to the swimming pool. It was a very hot day. The water looked so nice and cold. First, we changed into our swimsuits. We went to the small pool first. The water was not very deep. We played with a big ball. We threw it to each other. Then, we went to the big pool. It was very deep. My dad watched us from the side.

I jumped in and swam to the other side. My friends and I had a race. I was very tired at the end, but it was so much fun. We ate ice cream after we finished swimming. I had a chocolate one. We stayed at the pool until the sun went down. It was a perfect day with my friends.
