My work day starts at 8 a.m. I work in an office, so I drive there every morning. When I get to my desk, I turn on my computer and check my email. I have a lot of emails to read and reply to.

I also have meetings with my coworkers throughout the day. We talk about our projects and what we need to do. I often work on my computer, writing reports and creating presentations. Lunchtime is at 1 p.m. I usually eat lunch I brought from home. It saves me money and it's healthier.

In the afternoon, I continue to work on my tasks. The work day ends at 5 p.m. Before I leave, I make sure my desk is clean and my computer is off. I feel good when I finish all my tasks for the day.
